Honor announces the Magic V3 and Magic Vs3 foldable smartphones at a special event in China on July 12, as revealed by the brand itself earlier today. The Magic V3 is teased to be even thinner Then the Magic V2which was launched in 2023 and is still the thinnest foldable smartphone.
The Magic Vs3 is expected to be a cheaper version of the V3. Now, images of both have leaked, revealing their designs. Unfortunately, we only get to see a portion of the V3’s rear, but it’s enough to spot the very unique camera island shape.
Of course, Honor will be using faux leather on at least some versions of the V3, like this one. It’s also likely that other colorways will have a different accent color on the frame and camera island.
The Magic Vs3 on the other hand gets a more substantial leak that shows us the entire back, along with the cover display, which is curved on the right side as you can see. The model pictured here also has a faux leather back with a very visible faux grain texture.
As for the design of the camera island, we’ll let you judge for yourself – what do you think? Innovative? Unique? Or just plain ugly?
