Samsung will continue its presence at Paris 2024 with its latest partnership with the Olympic Committee. The tech company reserved 5,000 units of the Galaxy Z Flip6 Olympic Edition to give every para-athlete a unit, ahead of the Paralympic Games which begin tomorrow, August 28.
Samsung will also open ‘experience stores’ at various Olympic venues in Paris to promote its new phones with Galaxy AI.

Samsung is supporting a selection of Team Galaxy athletes from around the world, including blind French footballer and torchbearer Yvan Wouandji, para-athletes Johannes Floors from Germany and Madison de Rozario from Australia, para-swimmer Ugo Didier from France, Hee-jin Kim from Korea, and many more.

The company pointed to the accessibility features in Galaxy smartphones, including the From Flip6such as the Relumino contour, which helps visually impaired users improve screen contrast and brightness, sharpen image contours and increase visibility.
Fans can take part in pop-up experiences where they can learn about blind football, para-athletics, wheelchair basketball and wheelchair tennis. They can also win a Galaxy Z Flip6 or a return package for two to attend the next matches, namely Milano Cortina 2026.
