Major retailers are having their annual Black Friday sale, but so is Samsung. You can find many great deals in the company’s online store. This includes appliances, TVs and so on, but here we focused on phones, tablets and accessories.
Keep in mind that the deals usually follow the same format: you can get trade-in credit or, if you don’t send in an old device, you can get an instant discount. You can also get a 10% discount if you complete the purchase through the Shop Samsung app and there is a $50 credit for new app users.
The Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra and Galaxy S24+ deals start at $350 and $275 off respectively, with no trade-in required. You can get a bigger discount by sending in an old device, you can of course check the valuation on Samsung.com. Additionally, certain colors are further discounted: $120 off in the case of the S24 Ultra, which amounts to a free storage upgrade.
The offer for the vanilla Samsung Galaxy S24 is good if you have an old phone to send in, but the no-trade-in discount is only $100 off.
For a cheap Galaxy phone, the Galaxy S24 FE is a better choice. It has a better price and is $175 off without trade-in (up to $400 off with).
Moving on to the foldable devices, the price of the Galaxy Z Fold6 is up to $1,200 off if you have a valuable device that you want to return to Samsung. If not, there’s a great $800 discount instead. You can also get as much as $300 off select colors – those are the two online exclusives, Crafted Black and White.
The Samsung Galaxy Z Flip6 has a more modest discount of $250 plus an additional $100 for select color versions of the 512GB model (Mint and Blue). This makes the storage upgrade virtually free.
As for tablets, Amazon didn’t have any Samsung Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra units in stock, but Samsung.com did. It has an instant rebate of $200 plus a credit of up to $800 with trade-in or $50 without.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab S10+ has a similar deal. Also note that you get a free 2-year VIP Advantage membership (normally $150 per year). This includes Samsung Care+.
Samsung’s most rugged smartwatch to date, the Galaxy Ultra, tends to be quite pricey. But not today – it starts at €435 thanks to the discount, with up to €300 trade-in credit up for grabs.
The Samsung Galaxy Watch7 has much the same functionality when you’re not diving or going on an adventure and is available in two sizes: 40mm and 44mm.
The old Samsung Galaxy Watch6 is $50 to $100 cheaper than the same size Watch7. The older chipset isn’t as light on battery, but these are good savings.
There’s also the Samsung Galaxy Watch6 Classic for fans of a rotating bezel, but it ultimately costs more than the Watch7, so you really have to want that bezel.
You can complement – and in some cases even completely replace – a smartwatch with the Samsung Galaxy Ring. There is no discount, but you can send in your old smartwatch and get up to $200 off.
Finally, the Samsung Galaxy Buds3 and Buds3 Pro cost less than $200. Both have active noise cancellation (ANC), but the Pro has better passive isolation. On the other hand, the vanilla Buds3 have an open design, making them more comfortable for some.
