Next year, Samsung will launch the Galaxy Z Flip7, the successor to the Turn over 6 which arrived this summer. But according to a new rumor, this won’t be the only flip phone Samsung releases in 2025. Instead, he will be joined by the Galaxy Z Flip7 FE.
This will be a cheaper version, which will most likely use the same screen as the Flip7, but will feature lower-end cameras and a different, less powerful SoC. Whether that compromise will please people remains to be seen, but it most likely all depends on the actual price difference.
Those hoping for a Z Flip 7 FE should be excited. It looks like a Samsung FE clamshell will finally arrive in 2025.

At just $100-$200, most buyers probably won’t care enough, but if it’s even cheaper, it could give the entire foldable market a much-needed boost in terms of sales.
This information comes from the usually reliable Ross Young of Display Supply Chain Consultants. The Flip was rumored to be FE earlier this month the Exynos 2400 SoC at the helm. That’s the chip used by the Galaxy S24 family in some regions.
