Samsung hasn’t rolled out One UI 7.0 yet, but leaks have revealed that it will include some changes. One of them is the termination of Edge Panel downloads from the Galaxy Store.
The Korean conglomerate has issued a notice informing users that they will not be able to download Edge Panels from the Galaxy Store after upgrading their devices to One UI 7.0. However, they can use the Edge Panels downloaded on their devices before updating to One UI 7.0. These panels are available in the ‘My Apps’ section of the Galaxy Store. But if you delete them after upgrading to One UI 7.0, you won’t be able to download them again.
Oddly enough, users of new devices running One UI 7 or later can also download the Edge Panels from the “My Apps” section of the Galaxy Store, but only the apps previously installed on their older devices.
