The Red Magic 9S Pro smartphone is on sale international with a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 Leading Version chipset. Now, the gaming brand is preparing a tablet with the same chip, and it will be called Red Magic Gaming Pad.
The launch is scheduled for September 5 at 3:00 PM Beijing time. The tablet is said to be coming in two variants with different screen sizes.
The teasers confirming the date didn’t say anything about the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chip – that information came from a separate video teaser posted online. Two people briefly talked about the Red Magic Gaming Pad, confirming the mighty chipset with a single Cortex-X4 CPU core clocked at 3.4GHz and an Adreno 750 GPU clocked at 1GHz.
The tablets are expected to feature the typical aggressive gaming design that you see on a Red Magic device.
The tablet is probably the successor to the first Red Magic Tablet from last year. We hope to learn more about it in the coming days.
