Realme today unveiled the design of the GT7 Pro and we also learned that the phone will come with Realme UI 6.0. The UI will be based on Android 15 and we have also been given a roadmap for the global update rollout.
The first devices to get the new UI will be the Realme GT 6 and GT 6T, as well as some Realme 13 and Realme 12 mid-rangers.
The company divided the rollout into two periods: the first is largely the fourth quarter of 2024, which could extend to January 2025, and the other is six months, meaning nine devices will get Realme UI 6.0 by April 2025 at the latest.
Realme plans to revamp the design to be more dynamic and make the interface more interactive and “go beyond what is available on Android devices.”
There are some AI-powered features, such as AI Erase 2.0, AI Documents, AI Recording Summary and AI Remove reflections, which should all make using a Realme phone a little easier.
The first phone with Realme UI 6.0 will still be the GT 7 Pro, which will arrive in China on November 4, followed by an international launch in USA a few weeks later.
