The OnePlus 13 is next month – at least to China, the international launch may still be a while away. We’ve heard quite a bit about it, and today it’s time to talk about RAM.
According to the prolific and generally reliable Digital Chat Station on Weibo, the OnePlus 13 will come with up to 24GB of LPDDR5X RAM. That’s in line with the maximum offered by its predecessor, the OnePlus 12and is unheard of by most competitors.

There’s some bad news, too. DCS estimates that the price of the top configuration of the OnePlus 13 (the one with 24GB of RAM and presumably 1TB of storage) is expected to increase compared to what the OnePlus 12 sold for with the same RAM/storage combination.
The OnePlus 13 is the only 24GB RAM phone in the first wave of new flagships coming to market in the coming weeks and months, powered by either Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 chipset or MediaTek’s Dimensity 9400.
The OnePlus 13 will feature a 6,000mAh battery with support for 100W wired and 50W wireless charging, according to rumors from the past. It will retain the vibration motor of the 12, as well as the main camera. The display will be 6.8-inch 1440×3168 with a micro-curvature design on all sides. The device will come with an ultrasonic fingerprint sensor and a improved water resistance rating.
