Honor is working on a new smartphone, the Google Play Console revealed today. It’s called Honor X5b and should launch very soon now that it’s listed on the Google Play Console. Luckily, the listing gives us a good idea of what to expect in terms of specs, and also shows the image of the phone which you can see below.
Honor X5b Google Play Console listing
The Honor It is powered by the MediaTek Helio G36 SoC, paired with just 4GB of RAM.
The phone runs stock Android 14. The screen has a resolution of 720 x 1,620, although it is unclear what technology it uses. Then again, given the rest of the specs, we’re assuming this is an LCD.
Honor launched the X6b in June, with a very similar appearance to this one. That model is powered by the Helio G85, so the X5b will, as the name suggests, slot into Honor’s portfolio, right below the X6b.
