The Samsung Galaxy S10 And Note 10 series are a far cry from current models, but many are still rocking them in 2024. First released in 2019, Samsung hasn’t let them down and is still pushing updates. However, a recent version caused a major problem for some users.
The latest software update for the Galaxy S10 and Note10 phones caused a bootloop issue for many users. There are a growing number of reports on Reddit and people are trying to investigate the cause. So far information is scarce, but it is believed to be related to the SmartThings framework.
Unfortunately, the only solution is a full factory reset. And since you can’t boot Android, you’ll need to do a factory reset via recovery mode.
So far, Samsung has not made any official comment on the matter, nor do we know the extent of the problem, but we will probably know more soon enough.
